Q:Builder not constructed as per the plan approved by HMDA.he constructed the four shops of some area in the corner of the plan, at the final stage of construction of building.Due to this parking area is reduced.all flat owners are facing the parking problem and distubance of shops.
Latest Answer: Hi, Builder cant change or reduces the car parking area without the approval of owner. please check your agreement paper for any discloser for parking area. if not there is certain rules for car parking area space, in my knowledge 2% of entire parking area is the calculation but it defer from state to state. you have to check from local authority.
