is anyone recently purchased flat in Prajapati Elite-2 ?
if yes then what is current price they are offering ?
Also any water issues with current occupied block ? is the are safe

Latest Answer: Current price is in between 2700-2800 rs. per sft. It is a semi-gated community with minimum security. I asked the occupied flat owners at elite-1 they said no-water problem.

Q: I bought a flat in here and i am staying in the location as of now,
Pro's
Construction quality and building plan is Good

Cons

Although they Phase-1 is successfully delivered, 60 % interiors in the phase-1 is still pending

Most of the flooring is not completed above Floor-4
Work is very very slow,

they promised me to handover the flat by Aug-2012, but after hard fight i got it in Apr-13, i am almost the 3-4 occupant in the 72 flats in the building

Forgot about the amenities he promised, those will take at least 3-4 years

Mainly day to day Maintenance is pathetic

No Proper Power supply yet,
Lifts don’t work, they say there is voltage,
No Power Backup yet
Even no Internet, they are saying it will take atleast to get the internet in the community

Builder need a lot of experience to run this much community

Q: Hi All & Adhoc Committee,

Let us see that below issues are addressed before the take over.
1. Drainage Issue - These days ( for last 10 days or more), we get bad smell when you pass by swimming pool, pallava area, and then gas storage area...
2. Generator does not come up automatically when power goes off - FYI: Chalukya DG set is down for more than 2 days now.
3. I found electrical wiring or pipes (external ) not routed properly. We can see them hanging now itself. Do we have labels for all the electrical meters ?.
4. Boundary wall plastering is done from other side. Because of which it may not last for long.

The list goes on... I am planning to attend our next meeting highlight more primary issues.
