What to do:
1. Call security if intercom is working at 77, do we have a direct number?

2. In case of power / generator related issues: Call Murthy - , his phone doesn't respond?

3. Escalation 3: Whom to call?

What we need?
1. Create an escalation matrix per month, see email for details

2. Residents pay Maintenance at office and take that month escalation matrix with them as a print out...

3. Lets have these 3 - 6 (individuals as backup) highly motivated/ passionate

Q: Hi All & Adhoc Committee,

Let us see that below issues are addressed before the take over.
1. Drainage Issue - These days ( for last 10 days or more), we get bad smell when you pass by swimming pool, pallava area, and then gas storage area...
2. Generator does not come up automatically when power goes off - FYI: Chalukya DG set is down for more than 2 days now.
3. I found electrical wiring or pipes (external ) not routed properly. We can see them hanging now itself. Do we have labels for all the electrical meters ?.
4. Boundary wall plastering is done from other side. Because of which it may not last for long.

The list goes on... I am planning to attend our next meeting highlight more primary issues.

Q: We are not getting hot water in our bathrooms from September 2nd. I have been telling this issue to watchmen, mahesh, supervisors, maintenance collecting person (Narayana). But till today (20th Sep) issue is not resolved. Last Sunday I just went to terrace and found that a glass pipe broken. Even supervisors know this issue for such a long time, but nobody cares. I would like to know to whom i should complain this issue to get it resolved. Please help.

Latest Answer: Hi, Please go to Office room, there u can find the residents complaint/Maintanace issue book, write down ur isssue in that, i think defnetly they will respond to ur isssue.
