Q:I bought a flat in here and i am staying in the location as of now, Pro'sConstruction quality and building plan is GoodConsAlthough they Phase-1 is successfully delivered, 60 % interiors in the phase-1 is still pendingMost of the flooring is not completed above Floor-4Work is very very slow, they promised me to handover the flat by Aug-2012, but after hard fight i got it in Apr-13, i am almost the 3-4 occupant in the 72 flats in the buildingForgot about the amenities he promised, those will take at least 3-4 yearsMainly day to day Maintenance is patheticNo Proper Power supply yet,Lifts don’t work, they say there is voltage, No Power Backup yetEven no Internet, they are saying it will take atleast to get the internet in the communityBuilder need a lot of experience to run this much community
