Hi, what is the maintenance cost per month here? and who is taking care of the maintenance

Latest Answer: The maintenance charges differs from Rs 500 to Rs 10000 but the charges depend upon the area and number of flats in the group societies.

Latest Answer: we also liked the project but the carpet area doesn't even come near to the super built up area and phase I reviews aren't good though. leakage at top floor and the construction is above average.

Looking to buy 2 BHK in B-Block
Q: Looking to buy 2 BHK in B-Block. Can someone please share some thoughts on this builder. For A-Block people did he deliver the promised amenities, because that looks like a risk in B-block he is saying the amenities will be completed in Dec-2013. Please share any other inputs on this builder/property.
