Q:I am planning to book an apartment in shilpitha splendour annex .. Need feedback about this builder and this project .. Any feedback about this project ?
Latest Answer: we also liked the project but the carpet area doesn't even come near to the super built up area and phase I reviews aren't good though. leakage at top floor and the construction is above average.
