Q:I have purchased a flat at Baner, Pune and registration was done on 6th June 2012. It was ready possession flat. Builder has completion letter. Now builder want to do sale deal. Is LBT applicable ?And is LBT applicable for flat owners who booked flat before compilation ?
Q:I was told to get following docs:1. sale deed2. index II3. society NOC4. tax NOCand they said they will charge around 25 to 30 % of the property tax payable i.e. the tax payable is 7250/- so the charges are around 1812/- to 2175/-...so I want to know is this the correct fees and also are the docs sufficient as I do not want to keep pacing between my place and the tax office...
Latest Answer: I was earlier residing in Hadapsar , I have sold my flat in hadapsar and bought second sale flat in Kondhwa. Now i need address change for property tax , electricity meter ,Aadhar card etc . I have approached to some govt office . They have asked for NoC,Index 2 etc and asking for 4200 as fees for transfer and it will take 21 days for address change. what is this fees for as already we have done agreement sale deed . Please advice me on this whether this fees is relevant or not.
