Whats the latest on this project . Has the Phase two construction started?

Latest Answer: Hi All, I am thinking to visit the property "The Leaf" and would like to know about the project status in 2016. Could anyone tell me, if any buyer faced issue regarding OC, NA (conversion certificate), Commencement certificate ?
