I invested in the place 14 months back and no clearances received yet, builders are not contactable ( ever ! ), my money has been stuck and with no revert, hardly anything has progressed on the actual site - bad experience. I am planning action, even their CEO doesnt respond, once booked they do not receive calls and generally I get a very negative vibe. Unsure if my money is safe/ Legal action would be the next action. we got duped
