Q:Hi All,Please dont beleive in these giys. The property is good but the owners GGR and marketing company Abhaya Shelters are not showing any interest in completing the layout but just want to sell all the plots and wash their hands. until unless they complete the all amenities, clubhouse, please dont fall in cheap marketing tricks. Or please take the project completion date by document signed by GGR and Abhaya shelters. Initially when they were selling the property they told us that they will complete the project in 6 months. Now its been 8 months and no signs of completion. When ask them, they are saying as per the agreement they will complete it in next 2 year. They are just interested in making money not in developing the layout. Be careful when making an agreement. - Nagesh
Latest Answer: Nagesh - I have been thinking about investing in this property but based on what I read in your comments, it seems like putting myself in trouble or going through a long wait for these guys to complete the project. Do you own a plot in Aditya Grand that caused a lot of trouble waiting on them and on their false promises? I see this project has been around for a while now and wondering it's taking so long to completion and not there yet.
Latest Answer: Yes even I faced the same thing , they have allotted a plot and later they changed 2 to 3 numbers saying that is not available and when I asked they said you can take your money if not interested and talked to customer very rudely, I took my money and came back, once prices are increased they start showing the tricks and sell to other customers for higher price, be care full and don't invest in it.
