Hi,
Aditya Grand recent price 2700/- per sft they are saying in phone. I am planning to take a plot in Aditya Grand extension beside Proposed STRR road can any body advice if STRR road will come that side plots will go under road or this plots are safe ? any one have clarity please advice ......

Hi Manjunath,
I have seen a project on Hoskote Malur road within Half a KM they are quoting 2199/sq-ft. You may want to consider JR City, a project 3 km off NH 207 between Whitefield and Hoskote, approved by HPA. It's also connected by Kannurahalli road from Hoskote town, about 4 km towards Sarjapur. The project development is almost complete and the company will be releasing the reserved plots shortly between 1350/Sq-ft and 1500/sq-ft

Are there any plots available for sale? If yes what is the rate per sqft they are quoting. Has the project got all the necessary approvals from the banks and local body?

There are only few plots are available for sale in Aditya Grand. The current price per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2200. The project is known to be approved by BMRDA and banks like LIC and Indiabulls.
