Q:Though I am repeatedly sending mail & talked over phone, still Mr. Rajat Chaudhury or anybody else is not confirming the readiness of the property for handover by builder to flat owner for registration and the date of registration. my block no. is 6 (Pastiche). I want to know whether any other flat owner has got confirmation for registration. Had builder received NOC & OC from govt agencies - which is required for registration ?
