Q:This project is delayed for almost 3 years and still not complete. I am one of the suffering Buyers. Builder is also hopeless. They never respond to your emails or calls. Higher management never wants to meet customers despite repeated requests. Also, they change specifications at will. They even don't agree to what is written in the agreement. So, please think twice before investing.
Latest Answer: Everyone is busy with their own lives. No one has time for that, most of the people are abroad. Being a smaller set of Buyers(~40), that is a disadvantage. If we were part of a bigger project (having more than 200 houses), then atleast 50 odd people with turn up to take some action.

Can someone suggest me about SJR Crystal Cove? A villa/rowhouse ~4000 Sqft is costing me 1.53 cr. The model house is a beauty, the project is coming up good. I am almost about to decide. Two issue, they are not ready to negotiate and 500 mtrs stretch from Wipro gate are only concerns. Any suggestions? Neo Mall, Metro station at Electronic City, Peripheral ring road and the project completion will easily bump up the price to 2.5 cr within an year . Is that a fair analysis? Considering , it is a luxury and large villa, is 1.5 cr a good deal? 2.5cr after an year seems to be reasonable . I ran this through my friend who works for realestate large PE fund, he does think 2.5 cr in 1 year is a reasonable expectation. Any other experts?

Q:Hi, I have visited the model home and I must say its awesome. Although we were concerned about the approach road, but they have built it and ws a smooth ride from my husband's office (Wipro- Electronic City). The home is airy and very spacious. We also inquired about the rent-out options, and the prospects look good. Do have a look.
