Latest Answer: I Nagesh, I do not completed agree with you. I am staying in a rented house and my owner has not mentioned anything about the tent increase in the agreement. But yes we have done an agreement for 11 months so he cannot increase the rental for 11 months at least but later on with new agreement he can increase and increase percentage completely depends on the owner.
