Q:If society doesnt have Water connection and water is provided by tanker, Builder is charging us for water and we are paying corporation for water and property tax, My question is that why corporation gives complation certificate when even basic necessities are not provided like water, Road , Street lights etc?

Q:I bought a flat in June 2012. In december the Builder presented us with a bill for 3.75 lacs for water consumed during December 2011 to Dec 2012,when there was no existing PMC water connection till 26th of Dec.2012. My query to the builder about my not being liable for any expenses before June 2012, was not satisfactorily answered by the builder.And most important Can the builder use up the monies collected for maintenance expenses for water suppplied to flat owners in the absence of any water pipe cannections from the PMC.Is it not his responsibility since he took OC in Dec 2011 and allotted flats in DEC 2011. IS the PMC then fair in charging Water Tax and House Tax even if there is no water and no road ? I need advice about AV BHAT ESSENSIA
Latest Answer: This builder is not professional i must say , Even road to society is not good and builder doesn't bother about the common issues consumers are facing. I suggest to never buy flat from AV bhat (Recently building society in SHIVAPUR).
