Q:Why wonder futura has not got completion certificate even after so many yrs.one has to get a noc from builder to buy/sell a flat. The title is not clear. Builder has not got completion certificate, is it safe to buy a flat in such a project? The case is in consumer court, still builder is not willing to give CC and OC. Will banks approve loan for such a flat? Whats are the risks involved in such transaction?

Latest Answer: The completion certificate is not yet completed. And all the amenities promised by builders are not completed or are not fucntional. But due to these reasons the flats are cheaper. I would suggest take a look at the flat your buying and ensure all is in place before you go ahead. Auto/PMC buses are not in approachable distance. 6-seaters are available. For any kind of shops you have to either go to Warje or to Kothrud. No shops in the premises.

I bought an apartment in building X and had to take possession last year. I live in the US and cannot monitor the progress from here. I have been reading news that the construction work has begun, and we can expect the sale deeds in a month or two. Is that true?
Latest Answer: Yes it is true.... construction work is in good pace... at both the phases. If some work is incomplete at your flat level you can get in touch with Builder immediately.

Latest Answer: Yes It will finish in coming month(I am talking about common amenities). Please follow up with builder for your flat related things.
