Latest Answer: For us they are saying this from last 5 years.....sometime they say political issues, sometimes they say government issues etc etc etc.....don't know exactly what is going on but then intrestingly i see this project is advertised in this site on 07th Nov 2013, it says it is approved by BDA....confused and curious to know what is going on exactly....
