Q:Hi, I have booked a flat in building 23 and there is no sign of the construction for last two years. I heard that the builder has increased the rates for the flats of those which are already registered. Has any one received any such intimation from builder yet. Also is there any way all owners can team up to meet the builder to ensure that work keeps going? -Rakesh
Latest Answer: Dont think thay can increase rates if you already have executed the agreement with them. your suggestion of teaming and meeting Bulider seem a good idea.. let others also express their views..
