Q: Recently I went to JS looking to rent a flat but I was confronted by the watchman at the gate ,who asked me to meet Madhan for rental issues .Upon talking to him he asked me for 1 month's advance as commission .But I declined his offer and later I managed to rent a flat here without paying any commission.Having moved here I came to know that the Maintenance company DFMS is run by Madhan under the patronage of a resident in JS who seems to be part of JASFOA officials.Also the Aavin milk contract is taken by this JS resident and it is being implemented by Madhan on behalf of the JS resident.So even if the Maintenance company is changed Madhan will remain here.JS will be a better place only if this guy is shown the door.

Latest Answer: Hi, Even i faced the same issue last week. I came to the apartment complex looking for the house. I was told to contact a person and he asked me for 1 month's rent as brokerage fees. i refused and he did not even show me the house. -Vinoth
