Q: Hi, I am planning to purchase a 1 BHK flat in Goregaon. Can you please tell me the rates in Mantri Park and I earlier heard that the building doesn't has BMC water supply. Is that sorted?

Latest Answer: Hi Nitesh , i am also staying in Mantri Park and since last 3 day there is no water in premises , today aslso not even a drop of water in bathroom , kitchen or toilet , and when all reisdent went to question Customer care of mantri they abused us , we also approched police too.. this everweek happening , even same was broadcasted on TV9 news. so i you hv that time , energy do purchase mantri park flats and welcome to join us on our fights

Is there an issue in Mantri Park?
Q: This complex has taken an eternity to complete. Is there an issue with this? Also, is security an issue here as it is very secluded. What about power and water? I'm considering Mantri Park to move into. However Im skeptical. Why are the rates much lower than most other surrounding areas? Also, is there an issue with this complex in terms of security and amenities?

Latest Answer: I'm MANTRI PARK resident from last 3 years as OWVER but I'll strongly suggest you not to waste your hard earned money ( even a penny ) with this waste project which doesnt even have required drinking water supply , OC is not available, structure has severe cracks and its at least 15 Year OLD and this builder is cheater becoz he is selling such OLD building also as NEW one under name SERENE.
