Latest Answer: Hi Nitesh , i am also staying in Mantri Park and since last 3 day there is no water in premises , today aslso not even a drop of water in bathroom , kitchen or toilet , and when all reisdent went to question Customer care of mantri they abused us , we also approched police too.. this everweek happening , even same was broadcasted on TV9 news. so i you hv that time , energy do purchase mantri park flats and welcome to join us on our fights

Latest Answer: I'm MANTRI PARK resident from last 3 years as OWVER but I'll strongly suggest you not to waste your hard earned money ( even a penny ) with this waste project which doesnt even have required drinking water supply , OC is not available, structure has severe cracks and its at least 15 Year OLD and this builder is cheater becoz he is selling such OLD building also as NEW one under name SERENE.

Latest Answer: dear psr/jaishree kunnar, changing names doesn't hide that you r one person with a sick intention to unnecessarily defame the builder. It is disheartening to see people have written such nasty comments about sunil mantri realty ltd. I have personally met the team and after that can proudly say that i have 6 flats in mantri park and have even purchased in mantri serene, their umpcoming project which is in nature's bliss. I have seen them as the only builders who think for the flat purchasers despite the fact that the governement has been delaying the services. When BMC was not giving water they supplied mineral water, rather BMC did give the water connection once a case was filed in the high court. I think people should appreaciate the customer centri approach of the builder instead of unnecessarily blaming them.
