Q: Hi I am interested for a property at Manar Elegance. So want to know if all the legal issues have been sorted out?
Secondly is there any feasibility of converting to A khata transfer for the individual apartments?

Legal Issues with Mannar
Q: Hi, Is there an update on the issues with Mannar Elegance. Are the legal issue sorted or they are still there? Please help me on this one, I have checked a flat in Mannar, but can;t make my mind reading these comments

Latest Answer: As far as i know everything has been sort out and all the legal documents are in place. But to be on the safer side i would suggest you to check all the documents with legal expert.

Is the lake Next to our apartment gonna be a Mini Lalabagh?
Q: I head from some people around the Manar Elegance saying that the Lake which is next to Elegance is gonna be a Mini Lalbagh soon....I heard that Govt of Karnataka has proposed 21 lakes in Bangalore will soon be Mini Lalbagh.....Is it TRUE??

I am interested in buying a 2BHK and need some clarifications on certain legal aspects.
