Q:This is my 1st house and just finished loan. Truthfully, I never knew anything about property tax, frequency, amount. I have a 2bhk in pimple Saudagar. I'm not sure what my accumulation of property tax would be or how I could plead or request pardon on penalty. I was unaware, not evading tax. Plz advice

Q:In summers many a times no water supply for consecutive 2-3 days, however in the rainy season also same problem is persisting, management plays blame game, nobody takes responsiblity for it, hapless situation, don't know what to do?

I am a resident of kunal icon for 2 years now.There is a severe water issue in this society in summer days.Utility Water is provided for only 5-6 hrs a day in summer after that you will have to manage by water you have kept in storage like buckets etc..They keep on saying that there is water shortage in city but i cant understand why other societies dont face the same issue.They are levying so much maintenance charges still not able to provide water.you have to survive whole day without water in your tap.Additionally they have single lift in each building which remains out of order every other day.so if you are staying beyond 3rd floor and having knee problems then may god help you.i dont know why no one is taking any initiative to raise voice against the management.i dont know much people in society so not able to form a grop.hope people come up to support me after reading this post.
Q:Dear Sir/Madam, In Kunal Icon, the owner of A-4/301 & 302 is doing a major alteration work. They removed common wall of both the flats, wall in between common & attached toilet-bathroom, common wall of both the bedrooms,changing flooring of all the rooms as well as toilet-bathrooms. As building structure is common, their alteration may damage building's structure or impact on other flat. May cracks comes in walls which may cause leakage problems. Society has to investigate how major is the alteration before giving permission for any kind of alteration If we face any kind of leakage problem or found any damage in our flat because of this alteration, Not only the owner of A-4/301 & 302 will be responsible but also society will be responsible to get it repaired. Latest Answer: Hello Tara, You can join the owners group and discuss the matter with the other owners. You can get in touch with the society who has given permission for the alteration and check whether the work is going according to the permission granted. If at all the alteration work is going on against the permission of the society you can form a group and put the work on halt.
