Is the Lake district project completed?
Q: The project looks superb as far as the progress is concern seems to be very slow. I would like to invest in it but can someone update me.

are they going through a serious problem which has stopped the construction work?

Want to sell my flats
Q: i Have 2 1bhk apts at lake district for sale. both apartments are adjacent to each other and can be joined to create a 3 bhk. it is on the 7th floor. Total area is 1380 sq ft. the apt faces the lake and has 2 balconies. I want to sell both.

Interested in buying 2BHK flat in The Lake District, Pune.
Q: Hi,

Currently I am based in Mexico but was interested to buy a flat in Pune and I came across this project. Can you please let me know in detail the quotation and time of handover of the flat.

Latest Answer: PRA is worst and biggest flop builder in Pune, he booked our flats and took money from Nov 2010 for East Avenue project in wagholi which he not yet started and now after 7 years he is asking all 200PLUS customers to cancel bookings. We all lost so many opportunities of investment from 2010. In future also please do not trust and invest with this builder. His staff also don t have sense to talk to customers, everytime we went to ask timelines for project completion, they gave fix answer that they are going to start in next 2 to 3 months, which never happened.
