Latest Answer: I have booked a flat and as per my information, company is going to give possession in May’14. But how can company hand over the possession without providing all the amenities that they promised to give? Is there any clause mentioned in agreement about giving possession without completing all the aspects or any clause about completing the same within a stipulated time frame after possession? If not, company is supposed to pay compensation for the particular amenities which are not complete , for the period from the promised date, as per agreement , to the date when the same will be ready for use by the residents.
