Any rain problems in Perumbavoor
Q: My father is thinking of investing in a farmland in Perumbavoor. He wants to build a farmhouse and have a kind of a weekend getaway place there. He's asked me to find out what problems he might face. I think he wants to have a nice garden, with a nursery attached. Guys please help out

Water shortage in Perumbavoor, Kochi
Q: Moving in with my parents in a house in Perumbavoor soon. Actually it is my gradparent's house, and after their death my parents decided to live there from now,.. Anyway, what I wanted to know - is there any water shortage problems here? Everything else can be dealt with, but I feel that we must be aware of this one issue, so that we can make arrangements from before.

Q: I've been reading a lot of articles that say that Perumbavoor has many civic issues. Is Perumbavoor an unsafe locality? And how developed is the locality?

Latest Answer: Hey I just recently read something about Perumbavoor! Since Kochi is turning into a major commercial hub, Perumbavoor is one of the places that has a lot of tourism potential. The project worth 1 lakh is already underway in Iringole Kavu at Vallam. There are many other places that are tourist hot spots. The Naganchery Mana is situated near the Iringole kavu which is a sacred grove spread over 40 acres of land. This is another beautiful spot here. So the place will eventually have great real estate value and potential despite some minor civic issues :)
