Q: what is the current update or news of residential project in 2015?

Latest Answer: Hi, Currently the price of Golden Tiara by Golden homes is Rs 22000 per sq ft and when I have contacted with the builder, he quoted the prices for 3BHK , 2912 sq.ft. is Rs. 6.4 Crores and for 3025 sq., ft. Price is Rs. 6.65 Crores.

Latest Answer: Hi, Malles is quite a reputed developer. My sister invested in a house a year ago. Their quality is good. There is good water supply to this area as far as I know.
