Q: The BMC has told builders to purchase the software and check their proposals.
Latest Answer: It's big relief for the builder as well as for the flat owners who always stuck with their heavy amount in a project. Builders will now have to submit files online, a copy of which will go to departments concerned, and they have to issue NOCs within 7 days. Builders will be informed about it through an SMS or email.

Latest Answer: Hi, Currently the price of Golden Tiara by Golden homes is Rs 22000 per sq ft and when I have contacted with the builder, he quoted the prices for 3BHK , 2912 sq.ft. is Rs. 6.4 Crores and for 3025 sq., ft. Price is Rs. 6.65 Crores.

Need proper assistance about what all documents i should check, and of what i should be aware of?

Latest Answer: Yes Sunil, All property sales will be held illegal unless the transaction is by means of a sale deed duly stamped and registered. After collecting and checking all the documents, you have to register land/ property at the Sub-Registrar or the Sub District Magistrates of your area.
