Construction is under progress and they have comepleted basement plus 3rd floor work are completed. As per the RERA website, expected date of possession will be December 2022.
Q:Hi, I had booked flat in Tower D in subversion plan. As per the agreement, EMI should be started after possession and possession due date is in Dec 2018. Now when i am contacting them for possesion, they said possession will be delayed by March 2019 but my EMI will start from Nov 2018. I have been following them since 2 weeks but no response. As Vihan Golf Way is an under construction project, and as per RERA Act, every ongoing project will have to register with RERA otherwise, builder has to pay huge penalty after 31st August and at the same time compensation to the buyers for delay possession. So, you do not need to worry now. Just write a mail to UP RERA regarding project and developer for delay possession.

Latest Answer: Payment plan:- Registration amount will be 10% of the total plot value, within one week of draw 15%, at the time of allotment (within 60 days after draw) 25% and at registry (within 6 months of draw). Basic price will be Rs. 9900/sq-yrd as per Flexi Payment plan.

i invested in buddha circuit studio phase 2 in 2013 and already give 10 lac , since last 3 years there is no movement , even not started , invester clinic people made me fool , i am sure many others also invetsed there ? what we should do now ? do we have any group to make legal case against jaypee for same or what should i do ? when i make call to them after 3 years , some one told that they can also refund money with in 6 months . does any one has already received money with intererst from them ?
