Latest Answer: There are two different apartment types available in the PBEL City – the regular and the premium. The price rates of the Premium apartments are Rs 3400/sq. ft and that of the Regular apartments are Rs. 3200/sq. ft. Most of the apartments are 3BHK, there is only one type of 2BHK apartments available – having an area of 1400 sq. ft and a price of Rs 45 Lakhs. There are different sizes of 3BHKs and their prices range between Rs. 49 to 61 Lakhs approximately

HI Can any of the PBEL city residents share their first hand experience about the township.
Q: I would like to know about:
1. for a retired person's palce to stay.
2.is it easy to rent out a flat there
3. how is the water supply? bore well dependant or regular water is available.
4. is the maintenace good?

Latest Answer: There is a water problem issue in this society as bore water is depleted already and there is no manjira water. It is good for old people but because of new tower construction, lot of noise 24*7. Maintenance is high and is around 5500 per flat.
