Q:I have booked a flat in Mohili Meadows Reosrt, Karjat. As per registration builder should handover me the property within 18 months. Now almost 24 months are passed anyno construction is there.Can I ask for refund/ compensation?
Latest Answer: Hello Anjali..if something is promised on papers ..you can always claim for that. Builders always mention the expected date of delivery..they never promise for that. You should take legal advice at earliest.
