Latest Answer: SBC Buildtech has successfully completed many residential as well as a commercial project in and around Bangalore. As per builder website, I found that till now they have successfully completed one residential project called The Nest and four commercial projects. It seems that they are new this business and i am sure they will try to maintain their reputation in this competitive market.

Q: In Bangalore, In a BDA approved floor Plan, Can I make changes in internal walls while construction ? And what will be drawback of it.
My builder has indicated that we can modify internal walls of house but not outer walls. Is it true ?

Latest Answer: If the builder has given the permission for the modification that is really great but modification for internal walls may have many demerits. Before doing the modification try to take help from an architect.
