How to get delivery in Cascades, KOLKATA
Q: Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in Kolkata as I have paid 95% for a flat in Unitech Cascades Tower 9 in 2007 and still in 2017 do not know when I will get delivery. Alternatively any advice as to how to solve this issue will be appreciated

Latest Answer: dharitri ultracity in hatisala is a scam, the dharitri guys are saying its under construction, but in the last 2 years no construction, there is cabbage field where the project should come up. they dont even posses papers. they say SBI has approved, but sbi is clueless abt them

Q: Hi, the newest ad of NESTWOOD MAPPLE in rajarhat where 3 bhk flats are available at rates of 25 lakhs caught my attention. Can anybody help me out with the reputation of the project

Latest Answer: Hi,These days it is very difficult to say about builder reputation, but I am sure these builders provide better quality of the project. Till now there are 3 ongoing projects and no one are completed. In my view point you have to directly go and visit the site and inquire about a project.

Q: : I want to know the delivery date of cluster 3 (SWAN) ,Siddha town ,Rajarhat ,Kolkata ,as per agreement .Can any body help me ? I also owned flats in SWAN( SW203 & SW204) .Actually i missed that . -

Latest Answer: Dear Frnds I want actual delivery date of SWAN as per agreement during booking ,so that i can challenge Siddha Town fr delay . i got possession letter on april , although till few days back their was no Lift service ,no power or power backup .no parking allotment etc. . Regard

Siddha Town, Rajarhat takes excess money for interest on late payment, not admitting the fault.
Q: When I made the last payment, they have taken approximately Rs 33,000 extra with no basis at all. When I corrected Rs 15,000 at their office, they show the balance on the possession letter, but has not repaid it. I found another wrong calculation of Rs 18000 and when I claimed it over phone, they said that they would look into the matter. I called them several times, every time they refer the matter to some other lady who knows nothing about it. Even when I sent my sister(because I stay abroad), with documents, she denied to look into it. Is she trying to fraud with customers? I have seen similar complains against her in the forum. If I pay the registration money I fear they would not return the money. I have enough proof on papers. What kind of measures can be taken?

Latest Answer: Hi All, Never go for Any Vastu Vihar project. I am one of their Victim. Me & my brother has booked 2flats in their silliguri project. We have made payments of 2 Instatements. When we went to make the final payment for agreement, then found that the flats are already booked by some other customers. Apart from that, they have committed so many things which i found later that all are false. So please don't go for it never suggests anyone for vastu vihar.

Latest Answer: Now we got a letter from shrachi where in they are asking 3000 for L MIG and 3500 U MIG. I don't know if this is a joke quoting such a high amount ..
