Can some one guide about builder and status of this project
Q: 1. though being reputed builder what will be the expected delivery of whole 3 phase project ( phase wise )
2. Is the project livable (not just an investment)
3. expected actual maintenance cost after society handover (builders now quoting Rs 5/sqft)

Q: I have booked flat with Sai Sadguru Builder undertaking Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Sadguru Angan - Chiple project) in the year 2015 (February), but still they are waiting for approval ...(God knows when it will be done).i went to office many times (Mentally exhausted) , also Mr. Dyaneshwar Sharma no picks phone. I try to collect the information from office & found MD, Mahendra Pawankumar Sing arrested by police & he is under custody i am trying to collect updated information but office staff also not aware. After checking i found they (Sai Sadguru Builder undertaking Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.) have NOT got any approval from CIDCO for Chiple project.

Latest Answer: Hi, I think you should go for these areas such as Vuchumbe, Kon and Kewale villages of Panvel taluka as Cidco started giving commencement certificate under NAINA last year and till 10th March2015, a total of 8 projects have received CC. Of those, 6 projects are residential buildings. According to a Cidco official, they are getting maximum proposal for residential buildings.

Builder threatening to cancel flat booking for last couple of installment non-payment
Q: I have booked a flat in New Panvel and made about 70 per cent of the payment amounting to 16 lakhs. The possession is due in January 2014. The outstanding payment as of date is about 8 lakhs.
