Latest Answer: They have another Project with the name as 'Prakruthi Solitaire' in the same the area. The quality of the project is very bad and the project is already delayed by 2.5 years and no signs of getting completed in near future. The builder is irresponsible always give false promises. They are big liars and just wants to chew on buyers money. Do not get caught in their traps, if you are still not convinced just ask them about the status of their past projects or just go check out their other projects. Also they have so many other issues, like disputes with land onwers etc.

Latest Answer: Mahendra Aarna at Anathanager, Bangalore, the developers is arm twisting the new residents in accepting the service of a DTH Cable Internet Operator Hathway with the worst local reviews for Bad Service and Customer Support. Hathway service is also dominated by local hoodlums with whom probably the developers are connected. There are also a few issues in the property which are not getting the attention needed by the developers. There are issues in tax payment policies too. Thus buy at your own risk !!
