Q: Passing through AB Road, I saw Silver Lifespaces. Instantly liked it. So asking second opinion here. how is this project to invest in? Give me some perspective. some details about the project.
Latest Answer: 3.5 bhk specs. heere it is. they will have built areas of 1565 sq. feet and an overall price of just Rs. 34.43 lakhs which is pretty reasonable considering the key location of this project.

Latest Answer: Pretty much all the standard amenities are being offered under this project. You will get the common garden area and play area. But this project also has a swimming pool and a gymnasium. And to add to that there is a pretty tight security service with an intercom system.

You also get 1 bhk apartments for 10 which is 2 lacs lesser than most other gated communities which is something you should definitely consider. Apart from that ras Town seems to be centrally located. The neighbourhood is constantly living and is not dull by any means.

Q: Does anyone know the price of 3 bhk gated community apartments in and around Pipliya Kumar and the type of amenities they would provide?
Latest Answer: A 4bhk costs about 1 crore so a 3bhk must be between 60 to 8o lacs. I read on this link http://www.commonfloor.com/pinnacle-d-dreams-indore/povp-ysxtf0 that they're bank approvals are HDFC bank, LIC Housing Finance, State bank of India and ICICI bank if you're interested. There are many other luxury apartments available at cheaper prices in different areas though or are you only looking at Pipiliya Kumar?

There is availability of 2 BHK homes here which are built on 1323 to 1521 sq ft, or 3 BHK homes built between 1971 to 2071 sq ft or also 4 BHK homes. The prices of all units are available on request as per my research. There is a crazy amount of amenities available here and some of them include maintenance staff, 24 hour security, swimming pool, garden and clubhouses among many many more. Latest Answer: You could check out DLF Garden City. They have a few plots available from 2000 - 4000 sq ft. The locality is posh and all the basic amentites are provided. Apart from all that, garden city also has a clubhouse and a world-class school within it's vinicity. The area around the complex is also perfect. There are many shopping complexes and things to do around. Investing here right now would be a good move.

Q: I am thinking of buying a Villa in Indore in the near future. I have been saving up for a long time and want a really nice one under 3 crores. Any ideas?
Latest Answer: Yeah hi, I know of this one ongoing project through a friend of mine. It is called Sanjana Park Premium on A.B. road. It is a really nice villa and it is very big too. The project is actually under construction now. I am not aware of the completion date or date of possession, it has not been released yet. They have both 5 BHK and 6 BHK villas available. Both of them cost around 2.5 crores, so it is right under your budget, and will be furnished too.

Q: I want to buy a villa in Indore for my family. There are 5 of us, me, my wife, my two children and my parents. Will the Satya Malwa Jewels project be a good investment? Can someone give me some details about this place, like possession date, apartment prices, etc?
Latest Answer: Hey, I agree with these guys, I think you should go for the 4bhk villa too. It has a built-up area of 1960 square feet and a price rate of Rs 3550/sq. ft. You will have to pay a total of around Rs 70 lacs for this property. The other kind of villa, the 2bhk one, is also priced at Rs. 3550/sq. ft. It is much smaller though, just 926 square feet and priced at Rs 33 lacs. I don’t think this will be enough for your family. The date of possession of this project has been announced to be from December 2015. So you still have some time on hand.
