Latest Answer: This flyover plan along wit some 5 other spots was suggested last year. And as usual, these people are taking so long to complete things. Whenever I drive through the junction, the traffic as increased because of "Men at work". But I don't see any.

Q: Hey, is anyone aware of any water shortage problem in the Trichy Road area? Also what is the neighborhood like? I don’t like noisy places. One more thing, if someone has an idea of price trends in the locality, that would also help.Thanks people.

Latest Answer: Well, Trichy Road the property prices have seen an increase only. The average right now is around 4,686 per sqft. It used to be 2,700 something 3-4 years back. Locality is developing, many schools, colleges, hospitals opening in and around the place. infrastructure is getting developed. So, you can expect it go higher in future.

Latest Answer: Yes, this flyover has been pending for a long time now and but I think it is a Road Over Birdge and not a flyover. It has been a dream project and the residents of this area also wanted a bridge here. It has a budger of around 44 crores and will be completed by the next year or so.

Good Hotels in Trichy Road Coimbatore
Q: Hey was just wondering if there are some decent lodges and hotels in and around Trichy road. The thing is we are soon shifting to Trichy road and our apartment cannot accommodate more than 4 guests comfortably. If there are cheap and good hotels around, then we can shift without worrying about it.

Latest Answer: Yea go for Race course, Gopalapuram or Ondipudur instead of Avinashi road, they are closer. There’s Hotel Naveen, Hotel Vinayak. If you are looking for more expensive and classy ones, then there is Taj Suriya along the Race course.

Latest Answer: There’s also the BVM Global school, off Trichy Road. There are couple Elementary and kindergarten schools also in Ondipudur, which is 3 kms from Trichy Road.
