Q:My father has passed away and we are 3 females in the house. We are staying in ground floor. There is septic tank behind my toilet. which is covered from all the side. The only way to go there is from terrece . There is rod stairs which goes down there. Before, this was not the issue. But after my dad died they are saying we can make anyone cleaning it. Anyone can go and die. Previously i paid from my pocket but every time i cant do that. They dont even accept, if i cut the amount and pay the rest maintainence. i called septic tank cleaner they cleaned it. But one of the socity member started fighting.Again i m facing same issue. my toilet smelling worst and whenever water goes it started sound of not going water properly. please help me what can i do.... PLEASE.
Latest Answer: You can call for a society meeting and raise your voice. If the secretory of the society is not taking proper action, you can make a complain to your ward commissioner and explain them your issue. I hope they will resolve your issue soon.

Now-a-days, buyers are more cautious before buying any property, they discussed on multiple forum, ask for the reviews, want to know the best rate for the locality and project, connectivity and approval and then they proceed. I didn't heard any such neighbourhood issue.

Q:its totally blunder project, still higher floor construction is going, while we booked it was said that possession will be in 2010, and all slums will be cleared but i don t think it will happen till 2016..2017.it is covered from all sides by slums and sra building is just 8 feet adjacent to evershine cosmic. sra building people will be viewer for swimming pool users. hope all slums will clear, as its very difficult to get through entrance which is covered by all slum tapori over there, its really difficult to stay there till slums are cleared. we have decided to give the flat on rent whenever we get the possession.
Latest Answer: Dont think upper floor construction will be completed within ten years now, latest news is that apart from local allegations from slum landlords and goons jayesh shah of ravi group and evershine are fighting over the shares, also to add jayesh shah is suffering from health problems. these slum and sra people which are surrounding the building are creating big issues like blocking access, they barbeque muttons which you will get smell every day its worth place for slum and sra people but not for the person like me. local goons are creating havoc situation over there like they smoke charas exactly at the entrance.
I still amaze how evershine choose the location like this for a project like this. best of luck for the buyers.

Latest Answer: The new policy says that at least consent of 70% residents of apartments in Mumbai is necessary to install a tower. Also, a certificate of structural stability will be required from a licensed structural engineer. Furthermore, if the building is more than 30 years old, then a new structural certificate has to be sanctioned after every five years.
