The direct link to apply online for flats in LDA housing scheme 2017 will be available in New Residential Scheme section, from where application can fill the application form for booking. Dates to Remember- Online Registration Starts - 25 August 2017 Online Registration Closes - 25 September 2017 Draw of Lots or Lottery Draw Result Date - 5 October 2017

Q: I want to purchase 3bhk flat in ansal in celebrity woods sec G near gajaria farm, however total cost of 2069 sq ft 3 bhk is 78 lacs but have to pay the same in 4 years till possesion it is a luxury apartment and I want to invest since sushnt is beggest township in asia. Kindly suggest if it is good investment.

The major Real Estate players like Ansals, Omaxe, Emaar MGF etc. are already running there projects there successfully. There are some educational institutes like SMS, Saroj, Sharda are also situated here. IT is well developing locality and situated nearby Sushant Golf City having a distance of 15 km from Wallmart Retail, situated approximately 13 km away from the site. Adjoining to NH-56 opposite Sainik Dhaba. In October-December'2012 the property price in that area is 2820/sq.ft but after one and half year the rate is 4800/sq.ft. It indicates that the footfalls of the property customers in high demand that raised the rate so frequently.

Q: I am interested to buy a property on Sitapur Road. Browsing through internet I found that there are two on-going projects are Paradise Shine City and Vasundhara Lotus Valley.

Has anyone booked plots in any of these Projects. If yes could you please let me know that which one is better as an investment and locality wise?

Q: Hi, I am looking to invest in Thakurganj, Lucknow. Is there any commercial land for sale? Please tell me the price trends.
Latest Answer: There are plenty of commercial land deals available in Thakurganj but the real problem as the above member mentioned is that these areas are stagnant and are fully a seller’s market. The prices may vary from seller to seller and due to the unorganized nature it is not always easy to procure property in parts of old Lucknow and its surrounding areas. You can also consider Chowki which is a mix of residential and commercial areas which may offer you better deals as far as future investment proposition is concerned.
