Is it safe to purchase flat in Pacific Hills
Q: I was considering purchasing a 2BHK flat in Pacific Hills Dehra Dun . Is it Safe to purchase flat here. Builder has already started giving posession in other Towers.

Latest Answer: I think it is a good buy as the project has got all the necessary approvals from banks and legal body and the builder has also started with the possession. All you need to check is, if the builder is having all the necessary approvals and also cross check the builder track record.

Now the price is 31,950/sq-yd. So now you can see , how this price has high pick with in 5-6 years. So it is believed that , residential plot price will definitely rise more in upcoming days.
