How do I purchase commercial plots allotted by the Indore development authority?
Q: I am looking for commercial and residential plot prices from the Indore development authority. If anybody could suggest me where to get the list, price from?

Latest Answer: Hi, IDA has launched many schemes and still many available for different segments of the society including EWS, LIG, MIG, BPL and HIG categories. To get IDA new residential plot schemes 2016-2017 and housing and flats schemes 2016 and their news and updates, visit their website, fill up the registration forms and wait for the date of announcement of draw result and allotment date.

MGR Princess's Hilltop
Q: Is there anyone who has bought property in MGR Princess's Hilltop project? I need feedback.

Latest Answer: Thanks for the reply Victor. But I need immediate possession. I checked on different sites and found there project status completed and ready for possession by April-15 which is already past. But I came to know from few of my sources that this is not ready for registration yet. Do you or anybody have idea about this.

Maintenace,Sinking Fund and Club Membership Charges
Q: Hi,

I am getting new Flat possession with in 2-3 months which is already delayed one year by Builder. In Final payment they are asking following:

Maintenance charges (for 2 years) ,

Sinking fund (payable at the time of possession & finally handover to society)

and Club membership (Payable on completion)



My township has 10 towers and only 5 towers is launched and under construction. GYM, Swimming pool, sport complex like amenities are not started and as per them it will be grounded after complete township I believe 10 years later from now.



So what are the charges actually payable because these is not beneficial for me in couple of future years.

Latest Answer: Hi mukesh , what i know about IDA housing scheme no 174 is that IDA had sent notices to these property owners asking them to sign agreements to give their godowns and agriculture land that come in this scheme. The plot owners of this scheme apprised us of their demand for compensation as per land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement act, 2013.
