IDA has launched many schemes and still many available for different segments of the society including EWS, LIG, MIG, BPL and HIG categories. To get IDA new residential plot schemes 2016-2017 and housing and flats schemes 2016 and their news and updates, visit their website, fill up the registration forms and wait for the date of announcement of draw result and allotment date.
Latest Answer: Yeah I’ve heard the same things. It is the land at Scheme no 78, Niranjanpur 2nd phase right? I would also like to add the fact that 11% of this 2.99 acre land has already been signed over for the construction of a bus terminal under the BRTS. Other land issues were also sorted out in this meeting, mostly about land acquisitions in scheme no 176. The paperwork has been completed and sent to the state government for further progress.
