Investment in Raheja Vivanta
Q: Hi, I am considering to invest in Raheja Revanta project, in a 2 BHK (1621 sqft) appartment. The option available is only ground floor with an additional 400sqft of private garden. The BSP being quoted is 8075 per sqft.
Is this a fair price given the project was launched at a much lower price?
If yes, what is the expected return in next 3-5 years?

Latest Answer: Hey Guys, I am keen to buy an apartment. I was told to go for sector-78 area. Need some info about this sector. Kindly share the price trend & nearby availability too. Thanks

Latest Answer: Hello eveyone, i heard that the company is now giving some good plans for the investors. There is an assured buy back scheme if you book your apartment at Revanta under the Subvention scheme. The current base price is Rs 7875 and assured buy back is at Rs 9275 after 3 years.

Hey.. i am going to purchase 3BHK apartment in Revanta Welfare Society on GT Karnal Road. I made this decision after investing alot about the zone, company background and other legal things but for the safer side i am posting here so that i can get advise from others too. Although i just love the facilities/amenities they are providing. I found all these things only with private builders. pls give ur views on it.
