As far as I know it is 10 Lakhs for Twin Houses and 15 Lakhs for Villas.

The area is slowly developing and it needs atleast 4-5 years to except good returns from the project and the area. The area is also facing water shortage issues.

Prestige has left a sufficient buffer zone for the power grid. So do not worry about the wires.
