Trifecta is same as Adithya builders, which changed name to escape from their current and pending projects, they will build some of the worst buildings that you can see, promise you all documentation but will never give you any. Lifts are second hand, approvals and receipts will not be there, go and have a look at Adithya Elixir! Beware of this builder!!

Cheats customer with false promises, closes the company in way without completing. They have closed Adithya Constructions after cheating customers and now operating as Trifecto, Beware

Builder is fraud , he has previous company called Adithya construction , their quality is pathetic . whatever he promised he never provide. he will start arrogantly after he got your all money . some of the project he is not cooperative to the association and not providing the enough documents. DO NOT GO with this builder

I was thinking of booking a property and it was told to me that the project has got approvals from all leading banks and BBMP. But after reading this thread I am bit confused whether I should go for this project or not

Did anyone of you buy an apartment from Trifecta Esplanade? Trifecta Sollievio looks pretty decent. Are you guys finding anything wrong with the apartment legally or are there any other concerns. reading the thread nothing is quite clear.

He didnt get approvals for lift operation, for sewage, landowners's details,etc. Simply vanished and not responding to the buyers since 1 year

This builder is not good. I have seen his previous projects those are pathetic!!!! . They have started company named Adithya Construction and close the company and opened new company as Trifecta .. never ever purchase any flat . I have visited Adithya Elixir doddanekundi project. he didnt even given amenities he promised . he is biggest cheater in Bangalore.

The expected completion date is by October 2014. It has got approvals from all the leading banks and BBMP.

@Murali, How come you know that the project has got approvals from all the leading banks. Because when I called the sales person he said that it has got approval from LIC, HDFC, IDBI and SBI. Axis Bank approval is still under process.

Do not trust any guy . he never built anything which is approved by BBMP. Go check his previous projects of Adithya Construction.
