Latest Answer: Trifecta is same as Adithya builders, which changed name to escape from their current and pending projects, they will build some of the worst buildings that you can see, promise you all documentation but will never give you any. Lifts are second hand, approvals and receipts will not be there, go and have a look at Adithya Elixir! Beware of this builder!!
