I am planning to purchase a flat in Gina Shalom. Marketing person claims that kaveri water provision already provided and flats are getting water also. Can any one knows about that? I am so surprised to see two common walls for every block except corner flats. Most of the A tier builders provide with the only one common wall. I am not sure will it bothers our daily life.

I bought a flat in A Block and Paid Rs 4000/sft. Quoted rate by GINA was Rs.4090/ Sft . Verified the legal documents and credentials of the company through my advocate Mr. M A Sebastian. This project is comparable with that of most 'A' Class builders.GINA Group has construction experience of 50 Years .I am aware that the contracting division of GINA has done "G-Corp Skygarden" which is the most expensive flats sold in bangalore as on date for Rs.25000/- Per Sft. worth investing in this project as the prices are cheaper by Rs 400 - 500 Per Sft. Visited the project last week . Location is okay . They are qouting 4090 which is too high . Me too not heard about them. Expected possession is may 2015.
