Prospect of Crossing Republik in future

Q: Hi, kindly share that whether Crossing Republik is good for investment purpose or for end users???What kind of returns is expected after 5 years if i invest in now.

but there are concerns on Crossing republik being 3 sided sorrounded with Dumping ground ( court case in Supreme court), Sewage treatment plant beside golf course and a Crabon polluting factory across the nh24.

these three sorroundings are giving a big hit to its future pollution , hygeine and locality.
Also its appreciation came on a snail pace after noida extension got a clearance in High court . So Noida extension picked up slowing it down.
Indrapuram is hotter place but with lesser planned infra but more accessible.

I still feel in future dumping ground and sewage plants can raise a big question on price appreciation and may even depreciate a bit.

Its my opnion but yes socitey is too good in its infra and connectivity no doubt. Hope that pulia connecting noida extension and crossing republik gets widend soon!!

Most
importantly investment is easy and more safe is because there are no
land mafai or land litigation story on Crossing republik. There are new
areas which are also rising up, like Noida Extension and Indirapuram,
but all this place has some legal issue or some land litigation, hence
you money is not safe there . But here , you can believe in the area and
the projects and can expect a good future returns.

Crossings Republik have emerged as strong contenders to Indirapuram in
Ghaziabad. Yes this is rising mirco market in NCR. the major play is the
connectivity. Due to the connectivity , the buyers are treating it like
a hot cake. Investment in here is a very good idea and will give more
than expected future returns.

Hi, Crossing republik is an integrated city project, situated on National Highway NH 24 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh stretching towards Greater Noida. Investment and end use, for the points Crossing republik is very good place. The area is boosting up due to the very good connectivity and well social infrastructure present there.

Okei thats is good , because investment can be fruitful when we focus on few points like connectivity, projects, price trend and safety. Looking at you comment i feel the township is good enough for investment. Just a bit confused about the projects , can you list down the ongoing projects,which have a possession after 2015 dec or so.
