Dear friends I booked in wave Royal castel Floor(152 sq yard).. 2bhk + study room I paid amount 18 lakh more. Yesterday I went wave city, .They said to me WRC floor work is now stop , they want to move his customer in Executive floor, I ask him ,why he did not give reply, this is cheating all of us those who booked Floor in wave royal castel. 9953811847

By continuing this thread I am adding my comments.
I booked 2nd floor for 26L in WRC in June2014. And as u all know that there is no further progress since then. I doubt that this project has been launched or not yet. Before 1-2 months a news came that Bhoomi Poojan done in WRC, but my friend bhoomi poojan can be done without launching as there is no need to have paper work for that. As the next demand is not arising and BBA is also pending and 1 yr is going to be complete in my case. I am fad up with this slow speed. Yesterday I talked to a WRC official he was saying that "in mid of june BBA will be done and next installment will be arise in June also, the things are delaying due to some kid of approval from GDA".
I have complete doubt in that also, May be there are some land issue with farmers pending thats y it is delaying.
Well.... my dear friends(broker) stop praising for this project and give us some ground report that u know.

I booked 2 bhk 1025 sq ft size in Wave Royal Castle Independent floors Phase II in Nov 2013, but till now no demand is there and bank approvals and construction is also not started. Can anyone tell me should I wait more or should do something..

Hi, Mr Roy.... looking at the location and the brand, the project will give you a very good future return.. See if you are paying Rs 30 lac for 2 bhk now ... after 2 years you can expect Rs 60 lac to Rs 75 lac for the same unit.. So i would like to say that ... go ahead with the project.

and yea... to brief you about the location... the project is 8 km away from NH24, a proposed metro is just few km away from the project and Delhi is around 20 km away..... hence the location will also help the price to appreciate.

Hi, Mr Jain, the project is yet to be launched... hence the banks approvals are not yet decided... they will take another 2-3 months for the approval. Although almost all banks will be providing the loans as per the sales executive..

Yes, sure, see they have availability above 1 st floor for 2 bhk + study. They have quoted Rs 28 lacs... and the price differ for different floors also.
