I have booked a plot of 200 sq. yrds in Wave Royal Castle in 2013, I had already paid 11 lakhs to the company, till now
Q: No development has taken, It is only wheat crops and mud dunes. The builder has now started raising demand, The project is also not approved from any bank, only some low lying NBFC are funding the project. what respite can i have...any more customers of Wave Royal Castle is facing the same issue.
